Construction d’une chaufferie mixte biomasse sur Nantes Métropole

Dans le cadre du développement de ses sites de production pour répondre à l’extension de son réseau de chauffage urbain, l’agglomération de Nantes a confié à ERENA la construction de la première chaufferie mixte ; biomasse et gaz naturel.

Intervenant pour le compte du bureau d’ingénierie Cler Ingénierie, maître d’œuvre pour la construction de cette chaufferie, BEFR a réalisé les études électriques courants forts et courants faibles.

Les équipements de la chaufferie, composés de deux chaudières biomasse de 15 MW unitaire et de trois chaudières gaz de 29 MW unitaire, ont nécessité la mise en œuvre d’un poste de transformation de 4800 kVA.

Les travaux ont concerné :

  • Le poste de livraison en limite du terrain
  • Le poste de transformation équipé de trois transformateurs secs de 1600 kVA
  • L’installation de 450 appareils d’éclairage
  • L’alimentation des quinze pompes dont neuf pompes réseau d’une puissance unitaire de 200 kW
  • La détection incendie de catégorie A
  • La détection gaz dans les deux chaufferies gaz
  • Le bâtiment stockage bois d’une puissance de 450 kW

 L’enveloppe affectée aux travaux électriques avoisine les 900 k€ HT
